Shocking indictment of ONGC's measurement systems for crude production: 12% over reporting, says CAG

In a shocking indictment, the CAG has accused ONGC of grossly over inflating its crude oil production in the five year period, from 2010 to 2015.
8The over reporting is as high as 12.1%, as this is the volume BS&W, off-gas, recoverable internal consumption and condensate that should not have been included in the company's crude production data..http://goo.gl/WNluOb
